where is this done? do they visit you at home(iv heard some people say this :confused:)? or ask you to go in ? send a letter? arrange it beforehand? sorry am pretty clueless about this!!

Im going into the office for an interview on monday. I think they are calling in people due to there being so many on the dole that it would take forever to visit them all. Some still get home visits. They will send you a letter asking for bank statements etc.
