On the fourth anniversary of the car's first registration you can book the NCT up to 6 months before the actual due date. Any subsequent NCT tests can be booked 3 months prior to the due date.

You can also book online at www.nct.ie.

    Thanks guys.

Wel my anniversary is on the 8th of July. This is my second NCT on the car as its a import.

So im just under the 3 month limit.

But if i try and book it on there website it says that my car is '' Your vehicle is not eligible for Inspection. ''.

Will i have to ring to make a booking this early?
