Bootable USB Drive

    Folks,

    Im trying to make a 40GB USB Drive into a bootable USB drive.
    Im using the HP Format tool but Im getting an error saying "Failed to make Drive DOS-Bootable".

    Just wondering if anyone had any ideas?
