Just heard on the news this morning that BOI is going to be selling off different parts of its business and ICS is one of them.
Just wondering if people think this will have a knock on effect on any of us with a mortgage with ICS and if so what is that likely to be...........................?

It will have little or no effect on your mortgage with ICS. The term, etc will be maintained as is. However, you will be subject to changes in the variable rate of whatever company buys ICS.

If you're on a fixed rate or a tracker, you basically won't notice any difference at all.
