Hi my friend is 26 and has never worked a day in his life. I wanted to enquire about 2 things.
His parents said he could be done by the revenue. what does this mean?
also, i myself worked a fair bit last year in a job i got through a recruitment company but have no emergency tax owed to me. is there any way of claiming back anything? like prsi or anything? employers prsi/paye or anything?
any way of finding out? im not due to start my new job for another while so short on funds.

I'm not 100% sure. It could depend on how long you were employed or how long you are out of work. Ring Revenue and find out.
