    Hi All,

    Going out on a limb here but if any one has time would very much like your help in getting responses to this quick questionnaire.

    I am looking at setting up an IT related business and interested in trying to understand small businesses attitudes to IT and IT Advice.

    I thought that this forum would be an interesting starting point amongst others

    I have to agree, your website is pretty minging but it seems to be a place holder page.

    Anyway, I've filled out the survey hope it helps somewhat.

    But could I make a suggestion? This is just my opinion mind you. The question "Which of the following paid expert provided services would you use and how much would you expect to pay?" is ranked on spend, I think it would be easier to answer if it was ranked by importance like, Not interested, Some importance, Important, Very important, Vital.

    You could include an answer for what would you consider spending on Important issues and above if you need figures. Again, that's just me though.

    It also asks "How often do you think you would use the website?" What website? It's not clear what website your talking about.

    I'll give you some other feedback too, I hope its relevant.

    I work in web development so I don't need as much IT support as non-tech people, I also know how to search the web and knowledge bases for free :) non-tech people in my experience won't do this because a) the language is esoteric to them, b) it takes way to much time for the un-initiated to get a problem resolved. People will happily spend money to remove these barriers.

    I do place a very high value on training. I'd happly spend over a grand on a course if I thought the content was relevant and of a high standard. I'll also spend money on an area I see as having business potential but need to learn more knowledge of, just not as much perhaps.
