    Hi

i'm in the middle of setting up a new company, lets call it Company X Ltd.
We will have have an online service called Y Ltd.

Do i need to register both company names?? Or do i register company X and put down we trade as Y also??

Our goal is to have a few more online sites with different names again all running from Company X

    thanks

    Turbo

You can incorporate the company and then register the second name as a business name with cro if you intend trading under than name, if you just need different website names then you shouldnt need to register each name with CRO as long as you mention on the website the actual company/business details

looks like it'll be best to register the website name as payments will be made payable to it, not the company name....
