    is there a book out there for construction prices...heard there wass but never saw it...thanks in advance

    Cant says that I ever seen it either.

    You can get info on rebuilding costs from the SCS here if its any help

    do a google search for "spons contruction costs"..........i knew it exsists....lol....very expensive tho and there BOOM prices.......but handy none the less

    you can get spons online via PDF for free, just search for it in google.
    there are a few others such as wessex etc.
    These are in UK format but im sure you get Ireland too.

    Your local library may have them also
