Hi, not sure if im in the right place but me and a few college mates are doing a project and its due in in a day. What we are doing is a business policy project. and we are setting up an indoor activity centre in what was a cash and carry. it is zoned as commerical use. does anyone know if it has to be changed to another use?
    thanks in advance!

Looks like a change from retail use - not sure what you are proposing. Probably need permission.

We are proposing an indoor activity centre. Its concept is kids games for adults. it will be full of inflatables and other stuff. the cash and carry is zoned as enterprise, commerical and light industrial. just not sure if the activity centre would come under these. it would be similar permission of that of a kids activity centre i think.

Needs PP as you are altering the use of the building. It doesn't matter if the works are purely internal. Anyway I Presume there would be large signage required outside, which would also require PP...

you would need PP for a whole host of reasons and you would need to look at bye-laws also

Change of Use nearly always requires PP
