I am moving out of my apartment in a month and a half into a shared accommodation house, had a call from a very ignorant t.v licence inspector, of course I didnt have one, I refused to give my name he said he would be back in a month with a warrant to search the premises. What should I do? I really don't wanna pay for a t.v licence if im moving out soon!

playing devil's advocate, why would s/he give you fore-warning! if s/he said 1 month, I wouldn't wait. Probably more like 1 week until they come knocking on your door.

As for the radio licence, if it is a personal radio, you dont need a licence but if there is more than 5 people who can hear the radio-you do need a licence (scary but true)

On the plus side, just watch all your TV online on all the interactice players :D

Get a licence. You can then move hte licence to your new residence.
