    Hi folks,

My Cyma 040C AK74M is on the way... can't wait :-)

Anyone know if it's possible to get metal AK74 mid caps? I haven't come across any.

Only the Polish use metal ak74 mags, so there are none in airsoft.

You could just use normal AK 47 mids, but that really is a sin. Just stick with some quality plastic ones. Age them a bit. :)

Mid West Airsoft have AK47 150rnd mid caps and the price aint bad
Yes I know you wanted AK74 mags but they are better then listening to that awful rattling sound of a high cap

    Thanks guys.

I've ordered a 10 pack of G & P AK74 150rd mid caps (black) from eHobby... ordered before I read the MAG brand recommendation!

Will I need 10? Might try and offload a few in averts :-)

Well, I'm personally after some Bakelite and maybe plum mags but you have several other team-mates who are looking for mid caps, comrade. ;)

It also depends on what chest rig you use. For instance, my SMERSH rig can take 12 mags so I want to get another 4 mid-caps on top of my current 8.
