Question on headsets

The bearings are gone on my headset and I have been trying to find new ones.
I have come across these which are an exact match to the ones I have i.e. 41.0x30.2mm 45D/45D
Unfortunately they don't have them in stock and I was looking on CRC and I found these . The full headset is as easy to buy as just the bearings and I can take the bearings part out.

My only problem is that I don't know which ones to get. How is the measurement of the 10, 15 and 25mm calculated? What is the difference between Campagnolo and Cane Creek?

Also I have come across this one but the size is 41.0x30.15mm 45D/45D, the only difference is the inner measurement of 31.15 to my 30.2. .05 of a difference, would it be that big a problem?

    Thanks in advance

This looks like it should also see you right. You can take just the bearings and swap them in for the old ones or without too much trouble put the whole thing on (you shouldn't need to change the crown race seeing as the bearings going onto it are identical).

As for the differences between Cane Creek and Campag - Cane Creek (AFAIK) is also known as IS (international standard) in terms of integrated headsets, with the main differences between that and Campage being the angle of contact of the bearings (IS usually uses 36deg/45deg bearings) which affects the height of the bearing and IIRC the outer diameters are different also.

Doesn't mean very much as regard the ride of a bike but does mean you have to select the right replacement bearings, the wrong ones just won't do.

Re. the 10, 15, 25mm measurements - my guess is that those are to do with the stack height of the top seal (the bit that has Ritchey printed on it)

Thanks CheGuedara, those bearings should fit perfectly. I'll be ordering those :)
