Restoring contacts through zyb

I recntly lost my BB Bold and got an old SE W810i out of the drawer to use with a replacement SIM while I get a new phone, etc. etc. I have a zyb account that normally works well for me but when i try to synch with zyb on the SE i keep on getting a message saying data account doesn't exist. I have a zyb account that normally works well for me but when i try to synch with zyb on the SE i keep on getting a message saying data account doesn't exist. I've checked the Data comms setting on the phone and the zyb account is there so I don't know what's happening. Any clues?
