Cork Coffee Roasters...really are living up to their name if you want to buy from them online.
They charge €6.99 for a 227g bag and then add on €2.40 for P&P (I didn't buy)...I bought the same bag in the shop 2 weeks ago for €5.50...pretty steep don't you think?
Maybe this is more applicable for Consumer Issues..rant over, I need a coffee.

I recently stumbled across coffee roasted by the Cork Coffee Roasters in the Stuffed Olive down in Bantry. I was much impressed by the coffee I had tehre as I love a good Strong Dark Coffee that holds up well when I add steamed milk to it. (The best cup of coffee ever, IMO is a New Zealand Flat White, velvety smooth gently steamed milk with a rich strong coffee, kick your teeth out, punch!) Or failing that a great espresso which will fuel me from here to Italy!

I am considering buying some, even though I agree their "online" price is OTT.
I presume their strongest bean is the Cork Rebel Espresso Bean?
also would anyone know if I can purchase the beans from a shop round the Limerick/Galway/Ennis areas?
    :D

Yeah I checked a few online and I also decided to purchase elsewhere.

Note that they 227g bags are smaller than the usual 250g bags, so not alone is it a bit pricey you get less value for money as well.

I prefer to buy direct at 3FE or from HasBean online.

I wonder if they do much online trade. The website hasn't changed in years now. You can pick up half-pound bags of their coffee for 5.50 in their café.

Another option for keeping it local is Badgeranddodo, they take laser too which is handy.

If it's an espresso with an extra kick you are after, I can recommend the reformulated breakfast bomb from has bean

    Cheers guys,
I have emailed HasBean after looking at this forum. Will see what they suggest.
I cant wait till my next trip to Dublin to try out 3FE Sounds like we would say in NZ "AWWWSOOOME!"
I always find the worst thing about landing back in Heathrow or Dublin after long hauling it from NZ in 24hours is not the Jet Lag BUT the **** coffee when I get here!
