V.A.T on commercial vehicle

Hi, I have just sold my van which I bought a year ago. I claimed the V.A.T back on the van as I was vat registered but now I am unsure whether I owe revenue any money? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As you should have charged VAT on the sale of the vehicle, the Revenue will assume sale price includes VAT, and therefore you should declare this VAT as payable to the Revenue.
