    Hi there,

I'm a big tea drinker and a mate of mine was telling me a shop opened in Ennis that has a ton of different teas. Does anyone know the name of the shop, or where abouts in Ennis it is?

I can't seem to find anything with Google.

    Thanks guys! :)

    I'm with you here.

I get my variety of teas from abroad (costly) but would love to have a proper tea shop locally.

    Anyone? Please?

I would say you are talking about "G's" which is where Yum used to be (Summerhill at the Icarus roundabout end, near Specsavers).

was in it... great selection of teas... nice atmosphere...not badly priced.... is in the premises that was YUM, for some reason the signage on the out side would give the impression its a coffee shop as opposed to specialising in tea...

One strange observation was that take out coffee was move expensive than staying in.... that that was a bit weird.

Was in it, too... but it's a café, not a shop.
Indeed a large variety of teas, but unfortunately only available in situ. Can't buy a bag or box for home. There is a very small selection to buy for home, but mostly herbal or fruit teas.

I buy my teas in a German ebay-shop. They have an amazing variety of teas. Even with the postage it's still reasonably prized (the postage rate is for up to 500 gram). Takes about four days for delivery.

The people are very friendly, too, and speak English, methinks.

I'm happy to help with translations with the different variations of tea. Just pm me.

and the take away scones are 2.5 times more expensive than Food Heaven around the corner, and come in a huge polystyrene box, with the jam scooped into it making it difficult to recycle.......

Having said all that, it has lovely decor and atmosphere, and the tea is good.

didn't actually get a take away, just saw the signage for prices... but those prices for scones show a business naivety .... its a lovely little place that the town needs more of, so hopefully it does well

    +1
Was last Sunday in Killaloe and bought lovely tea from the girl from tea4you. Meant to post it here but forgot about it.
    Highly recommended for tealovers!
