I recently bought Bullguard security and I cannot register for some reason. When I go to register it says 'failed initializing internet connection'.

Anyone point me in the right direction as how to resolve this?

Yes, simple solution, delete bullgard, if it won't come off normally through uninstalling use app remover http://www.appremover.com/

Restart once delete and install microsoft security essentials for free http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

/ i'd rather have a virus than bullgard

How are you getting the same problem with bullgard when you don't have bullgard, get rid of it completley off your computer and use the microsoft anti virus..

Apologies. Misread your post. I'll do that so. Bit of a waste of money though after buying it.

Is there serious problems with it?

It's the vain of my life, most interent problems I come accross are cured by removing bullguard.
Try taking it back to the shop.

I have Bullguard and I think its quite good when set up right, it leaves a small footprint anyway.

Will do. I suppose I should have checked it out before buying.

    Appreciate the help.
