I have a query about which form of benefit would suit me better and how flexible the system is and whether to declare i'm self employed yet:

I set up a company in the tourism sector aiming to bring groups to the country and will obviously need to be out of the country selling these packages. Would they listen to my plan and transfer payment direct into my account to allow me this freedom? Would job seekers assistance be better in this case?

Am... You want to know how to claim job seekers allowance while working in the tourist industry?

I assume the OP is thinking of some of the 'back to work' allowances...

gthanks for replies, Sorry, I wouldn't quits say working just yet, i'll be in the setting up phase for some time yet.

It would be the tourist season of 2011 before I will be making any money. So there is a "back to work" allowance, how does that work?
