Someone at my club (Druids Heath) was telling me of a fixture book (green book) that comes out about now that shows the mid-handicap open comps for this season.

Can anyone confirm this and where I can get one?

    Hi,

    Mid-handicap opens?
I'd say what your friend meant was Intermediate scratch cups and yes all the fixtures are on the gui website.

Are all the fixtures now displayed on the GUI Website? I had the book about 2 years back and there wese alot more fixtures in the book than on the Website.

I think it might be far easier to keep a website more 'current' than a book, don't you think?

Definitely, but is it up to the individual clubs to put up their open days on the website or do the GUI look after it? I know for one Greystones never have their open on the Website but they are in the book.
