Just wondering if anyone could recommend a good CBT Psychologist/counsellor in North county Dublin or city centre that they themselves have been to. Would mainly be in relation to anxiety and panic attacks. Thanks!

I know its not in the above areas, but I recommend Aine Tubridy who is based in Dun Laoghaire AFAIK. Anxiety and panic attacks are one of her areas.
