Why is there such a long waiting time between submitting your claim and waiting for first payment. Surely the officers can look up your computer records to see that your PRSI contributions are in order etc. Went to my local SW office in North Cork and it has to be sent on to a larger office in Kerry. Have been waiting 12…

Went to my local SW office in North Cork and it has to be sent on to a larger office in Kerry. Have been waiting 12 weeks now after originally submitting my claim and have still heard nothing:mad:
