There are quite a few "big" companies such as OS3, Redwind Software and Fusio.

Then there are some top-class stand-alone developers such as Vinny Coyne and Steven Troughton-Smith.

I'm sure some more Boardsie's will know more!

I think it's pretty early to say really, given mobile apps as they exist now are less than 2 years old.

They only 'big' ones would be companies that have been doing mobile games for quite a few years.

www.mercurygirlinc.com are a large friendly developer company doing websites and iPhone. They have about 5 apps in the store all of which are pretty good.
