    Get a styer AUG in one of it's formats, excellent range ane accurecy is achiveable from a relitivly short gun.

    for an extra few bob you could pick up a decent G&G rifle in hobbyairsoft!

    Your best bet is to go to a retailer and see how different rifles feel, at least then you know you're comfortable with whatever you spend your hard earned on :)

    If you aren't an M-4 person. Check out something like a SCAR. Leave the AUGs alone.

    There is the AK range from short to long barreled versions and with side or under folding stocks
    They will suit everything from CQB to all out skermish
    You could also go for a P90
