So, I've been looking into this recently, and settled on anidb, but what do people use to list what anime they've watched?

    Mk,
Is there an automated list thing?
Anidb have one, where it trawls through your hard drive and adds anime as it finds it.
    Much easier on me, anyway.

Although, myanimelist seems to have a nice "add" button when you've watched the latest episode. hmm

    my list is \/

I use anime-planet.com to keep track of what I've watched. It allows for reviews, ratings and is great for getting recommendations on other anime, only drawbacks are it requires manual updating and it doesn't take into account second/third/etc. viewings when calculating statistics. My list there - http://www.anime-planet.com/users/kurozen/anime

This program is for you then

    http://www.malupdater.com/

Does exactly what you said, has a look through your hard drive for any anime you have and updates your list, also updates your list automatically after watching an episode. Does a few more things IIRC.

I'm on MAL. Nice, tidy, easy to track my watched stuff and easy to find recommendations. I'm happy using MAL so I don't see the point using anything else.

    Here's Mine!

It's a good anime, but can't really place it specifically since there are lots of good ones. Haven't really made a top 20 list of my favorited anime either. Hmm...
