Hi All
Just wondering if any of you have Ice Broadband, and have you had issues lately with being billed twice each month on direct debit.

I have had Feb and March taken from my account, twice on each month.
After about 20 emails and numerous calls to them, i cant get any relpy form them regarding the refund.

Went to the bank today to get them to chase it!!!!
Any ideas???

Caught something similar on joe duffy today......a women (from clontarf) had the same problem....

I have it from a good source thate ice broadband have gone tits up so that billing could have occurred when it was taken into aministration???:eek: Just a thought..
