Problem with sky+ box

When i power up my sky+ box i only get he standby light blinking, i can't power the sky+ box. After half hour, i switch it on and i get loads of FTA channels like BBC, ITV...etc working fine. After half hour, i switch it on and i get loads of FTA channels like BBC, ITV...etc working fine. The channels like Sky1, Watch tv, and others don't work. I get the satellite signal message.

Even through i only use 1 feed because i only want the sky channels, not the recording part of it, as i only got the normal package.

I also tried force updating the box and its no use.

Can anyone help me to fix it?
