    Hi guys

I have a radiator and i cant get it to heat up.I've disconnected the rad and opened both valves into a bucket. on one side i got water uncer pressure on the other with the valve open fully,I got a dribble.I since changed the valve, still nothing. Even with the heating on and the pump running I get nothing. That rules out an air lock.Any other suggestions. KInk in qual plex maybe, dirt?? I could run two new pipes from the room beside it but they,d be surface on the skirting.Maybe it,s the only solution.

Blockage or kinked pipe. Maybe re-piping would be best, if an easy fix. You only need to re-pipe the damaged pipe if you are certain you are connecting back into same line EG flow or return.

Ive no way of finding out which is flow and return as none of the two valves heat due to no circulation through rad. was going to take a new flow and return from rad in room beside and blank off old pipes.

You'll have to drain system down to alter pipework, blow through pipes then, that will tell you which is which.
