What was the film on TG4 last Friday night

Last Friday I watched a French film on TG4 about a woman who is traumatised after a bad horse riding accident and the death of her husband. She meets a reclusive trainer and starts to get her life back. I didn't get the name of it and I don't know any of the actors, so can't look it up. Anyone know what it's called?
