    Hey all,

    Postgrad here seeking 4 new hosuemates to join me and one other person in our house in September 2010 in 14 Harvard Close, College Court.

    Currently occupied by 6 students, but 4 are leaving between May and August when they have submitted their FYP's and Theses.

    The house has:
    6 bedrooms - price €60 per room per week
    Sky Digital - €24 per month [divided by 6 = €4 per person per month]
    Smart Telecom internet - €48 per month [divided by 6 = €8 per person per month]
    Other bills include ESB [usually €180 every 2 months] and heating oil [depends on how quickly it runs out] again each divided by 6.

    Tumble dryer
    Washing Machine
    Microwave also provided.
