bi polar?

    i get very depressed and have recently been reading about bi polar disorder. a lot of it rings very familiar with me and im wondering is there anywhere that specialises in it that i can go to be evaluated? dublin preferably? Thanks

    ask your GP, he will recommend someone for you

    there are loads of places.

    your gp will be able to see if you need referral and direct you appropriately

    There are any number of things it could be. Cyclothymia is a milder form of bipolar which can ring true for a lot of people. then there are any number of personality disorders too.

    but, yea, speak to a doctor.
