    what is the average cost per square foot of an extension these days.. i am talking post boom mid crash?

    costing up extensions can be all over the place. depends on many factors including site access and workability, amount of intrusion to original structure, what county / area you are in etc

    generally in midlands look at €70 - €80 psf new build costs
