    Hopefully no one has been hurt, and those responsible are swiftly caught. The North really doesn't need this crap.

    Sky News saying that the PSNI are now reporting a bomb blast at Palace Barracks, near Hollywood (just outside Belfast). No reports of any injuries at the moment.

    edit: It's also now 12 April, the date policing and justice powers are to be devolved (or have been, as of midnight?) from Westminster to Stormont.
