Well all, just lukin for a bit of advice here!!:) Sometimes when i am connecting the two pipes from the implement on the front loader to the connections on the 3rd service on the loader they wont click in without using force!!(ie. a hammer!!:o) Wat happens is the little button on the male end "goes in" wen it connects to the female coupling to let the oil thru!! But sometimes (at random i tink) this button wont go in (without a few belts of hammer) and it wont connect to the female end!!:( This isnt usually a normal occurance but sometimes it happens!! Wen u give it a good belt of a hammer a squirt of oil comes out and u can now press in the button wit ur hand!!:D It never happens at the back end of the tractor!!:) Does this happen 2 anyone else? Is there anyway of solving this!!???

If you can, I've always found it to be a good idea to stop the tractor engine and de-pressurise the lines by moving the relevant control levers in all possible directions before de-coupling the lines.
When re-coupling, do the same (stop engine and operate the levers) and it should make things much easier.

This works with old fashioned manually operated valves, I don't know what the deal might be with more modern solenoid controlled stuff.

stop the tractor, leave the ignition on and press the button that operates the 3rd spool and move lever to release pressure.
it happens on all loaders if you dont release pressure. usually do it all the time to save, having to jump up and down when it dosent connect.
you can neutralize the pressure when its running, but there is a knack to it

Thanks am ya dat makes sense alright!!;) Ya i no wat ya mean about der bein a knack 2 neutralise pressure wen de tractors runnin because it only happens rarely enuf but its a rite pain in de h*le wen u cant get it 2 connect!! Once u get one connected ur fine like it takes pressue off de other!!!:)
