Havent been on here for a while, but still watching andkeeping up to date with games. the one thing that is striking me a lot so far this year is really poor goal kicking. just watching Roughhead here missingset shots, and he is usually so good at them. The collingwood second half display on Friday was shocking. Not to score in the whole half and keick so many behinds.

Eagles are further off the pace than I thought. The Port Adelaideand Norht Melbourne were 2 games I had expected them to win. To lose both of those is not good. I've only seen highlights of both games, so not sure how the whole ame panned out, but again it seemed like missed oppertunitiesand a super display from Brent Harvey on Saturday.

I wouldnt like to be in perth now either, god damn dockers doing really well. Fair play to them, they have a good young running team.

Have seen Setanta play a couple of games too, hes doing alright in fairness to him. Kicking a few goals and being a target man up front. He still looks shaky on the ball and its hard to know whats going to happen when he gets it, but hopefully he keeps improving.

Saints had a good win without Riewoldt too, but if he is out long term, it is a huge huge loss. I had fancied them to win this year, but not sure whether they will without him. It could actually be a very open season, and the first porper open onein quite a while without any stand out side.

Freo were awesome today. The game was an absolute belter and Pavlich was just unplayable.

Eagles had another howler. Too many duds in the team, i.e. Matt feckin Spanger. Worsfold needs to sort it out and get rid of some of the passengers.

Riewoldt will be a massive loss to both the Saints and my Dream Team. Looks like I'll be getting aboard the Jonathan Brown bandwagon.

How the hell Jordan Lewis came back and played after this I don't know -

    ^ Holy ****!

Didnt get to see much of the games at the weekend, (wedding on saturday), but i was at the Dockers v. Geelong yesterday. What a game!! Great performance by the Dockers against the premiers and an obviously biased umpire.

Caught the end of the Eagles game, they just dont seem to be able to kick it into gear this year.

Sam fisher did likewise when he was knocked out cold in their game on Friday too. had a fair aul shiner too for his troubles. Lenny hayes had his nose more or less bandaged onto his face after breaking it, was some sight.

The Freo game sunday morning was awesome, they're a seriously exciting team to watch. Stephen Hill looks like a superstar already. That 2008 draft will be the best ever I reckon.

The season is shaping up nicely now, doesn't seem to be too much of a gap between the top 8 or 9 teams. If Collingwood could kick they ball straight i reckon we would have taken the Saints.

Roo's injury could have a huge bearing on the rest of the season as the Saints have looked the business so far. Will be interesting to see how they replace him.

    Lol at the Malthouse/Milne fiasco.

Hilarious that Mick denied it completely at the postgame press conference.

Did Malthouse apologise in the end up? I didn't see the game but I got the impression that it was pretty open and shut that he said it.

    Never liked Milne anyway :pac:

Yeah he came out and admitted to calling Milne a rapist :pac:

He got fined $7500 for it.

I find it hilarious that he tried to say he was talking to his players, not the St. Kilda players. If that was the case, which of his own players was he calling a "f**kin rapist"??
