Is being an Aul Wan in this country ok? I like to think i am tolerant of them but i don't like them.

For instance, i don't want them near my children, not that i know any of my children. But if i had bothered to look after my illegitimate children i'm sure i wouldnt want them near Aul Wans.

I don't want them movin in next door from me for fear of Bingo Halls popping up everywhere.

I don't think i'd ever say the sentence "I love Aul Wans" and i think most Irish people feel the same.

    What do you guys think?

That's personal abuse right there! You're gonna regret that!

My gay and immigrant friends will be knocking on your door warping your kids, taking your jobs and other things of that nature!

Oh yes, prepare for the opposite of a property boom, whatever that might be!

As long as they aren't Joe Duffy Aul Wans, I'm ok with them.

If I become an auld wan it'll be a grizzled, guinness - incapacitated, old bluesman, not the Joe Duffy solemn novena type.

I shall do it with style:)

I hate aul ones! Why do they insist on paying for everything with small change?
