This has probably been asked a million times, nevertheless...

I assume I gotta buy the cartridges and an inflator? Any combo packs out there or do I need to buy two items to keep my mind secure of not walking home with a flat?

    Thanks

EDIT: When I was in Japan, these things were less than a Euro. I can't believe the piece here.

You can get a nice small inflator which will fit in a pocket along with a cartridge or two but you'd probably want a pump for backup. Or you can get combo pump/inflator. Cartridges are seriously dear here. We recently did a group buy on cartridges which worked out at about EUR17.50 for a box of 30. You'll get a single box of 30 from the same source for about EUR30 and an inflator for another EUR8...
