3rd Interview

    Hello

    I managed to get a interview for your average type of call center / technical support job last week.

    1st interview was with HR and Manager
    2nd Manager and Department Manager

    Next is a 3rd interview with the CEO.

    I thought the standard was usually 1st interview with HR then 2nd with managers.

    Anyone have any similar interviews like this ? What should I expect ? :eek:
