Looking to get Red Dead Redemption as cheap as possible. Does anyone know what the delivery times are for Shopto.
Obviously I want to get the game no later than the release date or before if possible.
Thanks in advance ladies and gents :)

Also, would it be possible to have a sticky where people can see delivery times for online shops?

There will never be a set delivery time from any shop for any product. One person's experience is largely irrelevant to yours. Payment methods, security checks, postal carrier, postal priority, postal strikes or delays, stock availability, public holidays, etc all contribute to delays, and vary wildly from order to order.

If you want to order something, you'll just have to wait till it turns up. No one can accurately tell you how long it takes. From the UK, generally it's about 1 week. Could be longer, could be shorter.

I've ordered a good few things from shopto in the past ,always got the stuff fairly quickly. Would be similar to amazon.co.uk delivery times.

But as jor el says ,things can change and strikes can occurr etc, so theres no guarantee.

Times can vary obviously, but surely people have an idea of what the usual time frame is for delivery. More specifically, would it be worth my while pre-ordering a game from them in order to get it on release date?

As far as I can remember , they ship registered post/ recorded delivery. I'm nearly sure it had to be signed for. The last thing I ordered arrived 2-3 days after they shipped it.

Thank you. I just know with other sites like Play.com, you will be waiting a least 7 days. But in your experience with shopto, the product arrives at the speed of a normal postal package?

yes .. my postman delivers all mail at the same speed.!;)

seriously . it is difficult to be precise. It is registered post , so I would think it is quicker than normal post as in the case of .. for example Play
