    Hi- Just wondering can anyone recommend a good free software programme for compressing video files? Want to upload to facebook without waiting ages for it to happen!!

    What's the max file size for FB.. 100 MB?? Just upload to youtube/vimeo and link from there.

    Format Factory is good, easy to use and free.

    What computer do you have?

    If you have an ATI video card, Avivo is free and is pretty good.


    Handbrake is also excellent, and comes in both Mac & PC versions, and is free.
