Let me explain, a friend's 15yo son has fallen in with the wrong crowd.etc...

My mate recently set up a page on a social networking site that his son and friends use, with the profile of a guard to try and scare/deter..whatever, them from certain activities.
He's been using the garda badge and other photos he's got from google.

Is there any legal implications from this , would the Gardai frown upon his actions..

    cheers..
