Have a gorgeous recipe for boned leg of lamb that I have wanted to try out for ages ( marinaded overnight with olive oil, basil, oregano, garlic, lemon and ground almond). It's my first time buying boned leg of lamb and the butcher has tied it into shape with string after removing the bone- do I cook with string on or without? Silly question! But I do not know.

:) cook with it on, you can cut it off when your slicing it to be served.
