Road Bike advice

Have been cycling a hybrid for some time now but recently had a loan of a very nice road bike (one which i certainly couldn't afford). My hybrid is great for going in and out of town and I easily do 100-150kms on it each week but I think I've bitten the cycling bug big time now and am ready for a road bike. My budget at the moment is somewhat limited and am looking at possibly buying 2nd hand or waiting to see if Lidl comes out with a bike again this year. I know Halfords come in for a great deal of stick on here but what do you guys think of this which seems ridiculously cheap (but does that mean it crap?)

presumably pedals can be changed for clipless etc. Is 10.5kg weight very heavy and are tyres too wide at 25cc? Like I said budget is limited and I reckon I'll be gone from the country come October or so and don't want a huge outlay on something I leave in a shed for the next 2 years. Any advice much appreciated. I'd much prefer to be told the truth rather than buying a bike which I end up hating and which puts me off cycling (saying that at this price I don't expect miracles.)

what is your max budget ,the crew on hear will know how best to advise you.

if its @ 400e look at adverts there is a trek 1000 in excellent nick for 450e .

Thanks for that Gofanatic. Would be perfect but I think is too big for me.
