Unathorised used of a credit card by a minor

    I'm, err, unhappy that a website can profit from the activities that card holder might be unaware off and that do not have any mens rea, especially from a child who might not be aware of exactly how much they are spending, in an activity that is addictive and that the child is allowed take part it. Especially when the amount of money involved could/would be considered price gouging.

    I wonder if 12 year-olds can use credit cards in head shops.

    its all part of growing up, I didnt have the internet growing but remember at 14 being convinced by a friend to "invest" in a pyramid scheme total cost £9 punts, lesson learned priceless:D

    It no different really from any other form of credit card fraud, card holders need to protect the card, esp from one off-spring...
