read in medical times while back that contract will run 2nd monday of july/jan rather than the 1st of the month. is this an idea or reality,have contacted imo to ask and got no reply.

would be better as it stops the new years eve/new years day chaotic changeover where people have to cross counties to change work and mess up the holiday period.
