Odd ping spikes O2 E1752

    Hi long time lurker first time poster.

    Well I have been having this problem for the past month on my E1752 modem. It has a habit of spiking for periods of 10 secs every 3 mins or so effectively getting me kicked from games(I know I know i shouldn't be expecting much out of a 3g modem) and causing files to stop uploading.

    It seems to be affected by the time but also extends well beyond peak times. About 17:00-01:00.

    I'm not expecting a fix because I have suspicions it may be an overloaded network issue but on the off chance that anyone has experienced spikes like these and resolved the issue I would like to know how you dealt with it.

    Related Specs: 64 bit win7 ultimate
    E1752 3G O2 modem
    Avg signal HSPDA 4 bars

    Nope.

    Haven't been in contact with anyone about this issue.
    So is this issue fairly common?

    Can you try changing the APN to internet. It may solve the problem.
