Hmm... here goes. [and I know you can't give medical advise here]

As a child i was lactose intolerant but that's settled by now, i'm twenty.
I do avoid yoghurt and milk, they make me feel queasy but cheese etc is fine.
Yesterday for lunch I had fajhitas[sp] with creme fresh [also spelt wrong] and immediately i felt discomfort in my stomach, this was followed by bloating and lower back pain.
I thought this was the intolerance rearing its ugly head again so I haven't had any dairy today, salad for dinner, lots of water and as soon as i ate dinner the cramps etc were back. I really don't know what's going on here, anyone had this before..?
Also, don't know if this is relevant but I had a UTI last week..?? =/

Someone help, i'm basically living off of panadol at this stage.

I'm sorry, but any response to this will qualify as either medical advice or diagnosis. You will need to go to your GP.
