Final Cut preinstalled?

    Hi folks...
    sorry if this seems like a total newbie question, but I'm thinking of buying a refurbished Macbook, and was wondering if Final Cut comes pre-installed, or do I have to order it separately?
    It looks to be around €990 for Final Cut Studio, which is in and around the same price I'm looking at for the Macbook! Is there any way of seeing if it can come pre-installed or do I just have to bite the bullet and spend a lot of money?

    i'm afraid you gotta spend the money if you want Final Cut Studio.

    Do you really need it? That's alot of money

    It's really just Final Cut Pro I'm after to be honest. I'm going to be starting an editing/production course in Sept. and will be using FCP as our edit software.

    I'd like to be able to do the work at home and at college, just hadn't realised how expensive it would be!
