    I've got a 2 year old Giant fcr 2.5, I'm thinking of trading in/selling for new. Can anyone give thoughts on where in Dublin is good for trade ins? Or am I better off taking the extra time to list on adverts.ie or similar?

    You won't get any decent money off a bike shop, selling it yourself is probably best. If you get 50% of what you paid you will be doing very well.

    Thanks, what's the etiquette on boards for listing a bike? Should I put it in here;

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=1205

    and then list it in adverts.ie if there's no takers here?

    Yes, that is acceptable as long as you don't have it in both at once so get the thread there closed if/when you move it.
