Black tights with peep toes/ Gladiator sandals??

So I have this fab lbd to wear but I can't wear it without black tights..
My legs aren't ready for that yet he he.
I need to buy a new funky pair of shoes or boots to wear with this dress as it's really nice & a high funky boot would really jazz it up.

Is it ok to wear black tights with peep toe heels or with black galdiator sandals? Please advise as I really don't know..

Yes to peep toes, NO to flat gladiator sandals, maybe to heeled ones.

I never like tights with overly strappy shoes so I personally don't think that those shoes would look great with tights, they wouldn't look awful though.

You could go for footless tights?
I personally don't really like tights of any colour with peeptoes - I don't like when you can see the seam of the tights!
Without seeing the dress it's hard to tell but maybe a little pair of shoeboots would be your best option? Or closed toe shoes

DON'T wear footless tights with them. That will look awful. I wouldn't wear any tights with flat sandals but i have seen pictures of kiera knightly wearing them & it actually looked cute. The pictures are probably on google.

Yes you can wear them with both but I would recommend some type of heel on the Gladiator sandal unless you are over 5ft10 :-)

I'd probably go for footless tights too, or really long black leggings that end just above the top of those glads in your link.

This blog has some advice on how to pull off the tights with sandals look. If you google 'tights with sandals' under images you'll get some pictures which show you the dos and don'ts of this look.

I'd go for long leggings as well or peep toes wouldn't be a fan of gladiators with tights, heel or no heel!
