Min wage or €10, rarely more. The tips is where the money becomes good. Some places might give over €10/hour. Depends on casino's tipping structure, your professionalism, your customer service and punters' generosity.

And what are conditions like and working hours and so on, like what can i expect. Sorry I have no idea on how casino's operate. Playing poker over a year but not sure on the casino operation side of things.

Generally start around 8 and could finish anytime between 11 and 6 in the morning depending on how busy. Other conditions depend on who's running and available facilities. Places I've worked had subsidised food, could play tournaments in the club when off or the night wasn't too busy, sometimes/places allowed playing cash games, but they all strongly discouraged playing in other casinos. The biggest pain I found was, trying to sleep in the daytime (noise and light) and the damage to your social life (getting up at 5 then going out with mates a few hours later for scoops wasn't easy)
